Renee Yoga is determined to offer classes that meet at the intersection of accessible and challenging. Renee Yoga offers foundational classes that allow any new yogi to start learning the movement practice of yoga, multi-level flows that offer variations for different bodies, and strength and drill classes that focus on different skills or areas of the body. Renee Yoga wants students to feel welcome no matter where they’re at, however they come to the mat.
